Ordering From Playbook Toolkit
Thank you for your order, and we can’t wait to help you get started with Playbook Toolkit! All of our products are made in The Netherlands and shipped from our offices in Amsterdam. Once we receive payment for your order as confirmation, we will process your request and ship your package ASAP. If your order includes a standard design of our digital content, we will send this to you within 2 working days of your confirmed order. If we are customizing your product (e.g. logo, content, design), we will initiate the project within 3-4 working days upon confirmation.
For customized orders, our approach to creative design and production involves kicking off a project to collaborate with your team and create something amazing for you! This includes a project plan which outlines the deliverables, including sign-off at each step of the process. This might be a few quick steps (e.g. adding a custom logo) or a bit longer (redesigning Playbooks, Toolkits or Games to fit your product portfolio or business process). Although it takes a bit longer to collaborate, the outcome will be amazing!
Shipping Your Order
No matter where you are on the globe, we will get your Playbook Toolkit package to you ASAP! Typically it will take 3-4 working days to process your order upon confirmation of payment. We use major carriers to ship the physical products which are part of your package – the logistics providers we use are dependent upon the final destination of the delivery. For orders outside of the EU, please make sure your VAT ID number is accurate, as this will be required by customs. Please note: shipping times will vary and delivery times may be longer than usual due to delays or disruption in transport caused by Covid-19. We will email your tracking number so you can monitor delivery of your package.
How to Pay
We accept payment for all orders by Mastercard, IDEAL and PayPal; for orders over €300, you can pay by International Bank Transfer.
Account and Billing Information
To ensure a smooth ordering process and timely delivery of your products and services, please provide complete and accurate information when placing your order, including payment, billing address, shipping address and primary contact person details. If information is missing or inaccurate, we will contact you to update your account and billing information prior to processing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Although we try our best to get your package to you in time and as ordered, sometimes things go wrong (Murphy’s Law!)
Was your package damaged during shipping? No worries – just send pictures of the damaged package and its contents to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will ship a new package ASAP.
